Conference Theme

The First International conference on Advanced Lightweight Materials and Structures (ICALMS-2020) aims to bring together academicians, leading scientists, Industrialists, researchers and students, in a common forum to share their experiences and research results on all aspects of advanced light-weight materials, structures and its various applications. The conference theme for the ICALMS 2020 is “Innovations & Future Trends in the era of advanced composites”, with the objective of exploring the latest research into composite materials and how they will be used in the future covering multiple applications including aerospace, construction, wind energy, automotive, electronics and so on. Leading experts from India and abroad would be sharing their experience and expectations in this conference.

Scope of the Conference

The aim of this conference is to allow participants an opportunity to discuss the recent developments in the field of Advanced Lightweight Materials, Structures, its various applications and review challenges faced by the research forum in the 21st century. It is committed to excellence in research and teaching, interdisciplinary education and the active promotion of promising young scientists. The conference consists of contributed posters, invited oral and virtual presentations. Best papers will be judged and awarded for each technical session during the conference. Another goal of the conference is to attract researchers from countries of Asia and Asian-Pacific Ocean Region, other countries to fulfillment of joint investigations and scientific collaboration.
